Rain was in the forecast for the weekend. Of course, this was not ideal. Regardless, the show would go on. As it turned out, Mother Nature opened the water faucet on Friday practice rather than Saturday and Sunday’s main events. Regardless, practice would go on. First up, were the youngsters. They persevered through the session, but when it was over they wasted no time exiting the stage. Then it was the adults’ turn. While the damp conditions made the singers’ performance more challenging, the colorful mix of rain jackets and umbrellas made an interesting visual.
