This is a favorite summertime play area for Tallinners. It’s also historically significant since it was from this harbor that the 1980 Summer Olympic sailing events were held. Competitive sailing continues to be a popular activity as well as more relaxing pursuits such as fishing, boating, paddle-boarding and sun-tanning.
